• All time logs and clock-in/clock-out records
• Expense reports and receipt images
• Daily reports and work progress photos
• Messages and chat history
• Task assignments and completion records
• Push notification tokens and preferences
• All uploaded documents and files

Data That May Be Retained

• Anonymized aggregated analytics data (no personal identifiers)
• Financial transaction records (required by law for tax purposes - retained for 7 years)
• Data required for legal compliance or dispute resolution

Retention Period

Your account and personal data will be deleted within 30 days of your request. Some data may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as tax compliance. Financial records related to business transactions may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Croatian and EU tax regulations.
