Can I use the app offline?

Yes! Crewova works fully offline. Your data will automatically sync when you reconnect to the internet.

How does GPS verification work?

When you clock in, the app checks your GPS location to verify you're within the geo-fence of your assigned work site. This ensures accurate time tracking.

How do I add new workers to my team?

As an admin, go to the Workers section and tap 'Add Worker'. Enter their email address and they'll receive an invitation to join your organization.

Can I export my data?

Yes, you can export time reports, expenses, and other data in Excel or PDF format from the Reports section.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and bank transfers for annual subscriptions.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption and follow industry best practices. Your data is stored on secure EU servers.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Subscription settings. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
